We guarantee our work. If you are dissatisfied with the transcript we have prepared for you, we will do it over for you at no charge. It’s that simple.

Just let us know in writing — email is fine —- within five (5) business days from the time you receive the transcript, precisely what it is that you find unacceptable. If we worked from physical media, tape(s) or CD(s), for example, please return that media to us. If we worked from a Webcast or other streaming media, provide us with a link to that material.

That’s all there is to it.

We will listen again to your recording, make changes as necessary, save the transcript with a different file name, and download the transcript to you within ten (10) business days from the time we receive your media or access to the relevant URL.
